If you decide to continue training and purchase a package, then I'll count this one as your first session and give you the other 3 or 7 sessions at the discounted package rate.

  If any of these statements describe you, then maybe it's time to consider adding some Holistic Home Fitness concepts into your life.  I believe in teaching principles to empower you to take control of your own fitness instead of putting you through a program every session like a number.  While I may start you off on a personalized sample program to get you started, I also want to teach how to keep incorporating the principles to adapt your own advanced program.  I'm looking to help you spread wings and fly in your fitness goals so that you can be responsible for your own health and goals.  One of the awesome things about Holistic Home Training is how versatile it is.  Whether you follow the principles exclusively and only do bodyweight calisthenics or simply incorporate some of the principles into your weight training routine these are beneficial ideas and exercises.  And if you are into weight training, you'll find that the additional strength, balance, and coordination that you gain from calisthenics will make your current routine a lot more productive.  Compare the bench press versus push ups.  Both will strengthen your pecs, shoulders, and triceps, but when you are laying on the bench many of the supporting muscles in the shoulder and scapula don't get to do their work of supporting your body weight that they do when you do push ups.  So by adding just a few calisthenic exercises into a weight routine, you can work muscles that you normally don't and develop a more balanced strength throughout your body by strengthening these stabilizer muscles.

Handstand Training
I have to be honest that I do still visit the gym occasionally.  Sometimes it's just nice to have a chin up bar that's a little higher off the ground than the standard children's playground.  In addition I also enjoy relaxing in the sauna or using the pool for conditioning.  The greatest thing about Holistic Home Fitness though is that you don't have to be at a gym and can exercise with little or no equipment.  At home, on the road, waiting at the airport, and the list goes on and on.  Give me some flat space and I can do most of the exercises I want.  Throw in a tree or a flat wall and something to hang from overhead and I can also do handstands and chin ups.
